walnut+pear cake
Come join us in San Francisco for a very special event at the Song Tea studio for Tea+Cake!
Peter will be offering 3 different Song teas to pair with slices of walnut pear cake. I’m making a cake to celebrate fall for this special event: walnut chiffon cake layered with poached pears, Wild Tree Yunnan tea pastry cream, crème fraîche whipped cream and candied walnuts.
We’ll be there to chat and serve you tea+cake from 12-2 on Friday 11/11 and Saturday 11/12. Seatings are 30 minutes and you can choose from Wild Tree Yunnan Red, Twisted Leaf Orchid Oolong or hand whisked Tenmyo Matcha to enjoy with your cake. Book your seating here
I’ll also have a limited amount of whole cakes available for you to take home and enjoy. You can preorder on the Sesame shop page here and choose to pick-up from me either day at Song Tea.
