Cherry tartlet

I love this dessert. It’s simple but it can also be a little fancy if the situation calls for it. A sweet crunchy buckwheat sable cookie tart shell, layered with almondy noyaux pastry cream and peak juicy cherries. Thursday+ Friday I’ll have these for your dessert at The Kebabery from 5-8.
