I have a limited amount of Persimmon Puddings available for you to reserve for your holiday or however you choose to give thanks this year. This is a very special steamed pudding made with Hachiya persimmons, organic prunes steeped in cognac, toasted organic walnuts, and warm spices. It comes with instructions on how to rewarm it for your festivities. You can also order a jar of brandy whipped cream which is a perfect complement to the warm pudding.
