It feels like we need a little seasonal cake and maybe not a big seasonal layered cake this weekend before the holiday. So I’m making this apple cake that is even good the next morning with coffee. Sierra Beuaties are here and they are the perfect baking apple with nice dollop of cream fraiche whipped cream. Slices this Saturday and Sunday at The Kebabery from 5-8 pm.
