Flavor King Pluots are here and the name is no joke, these pluots are truly spectacular.

We are putting them in our sweet galettes this week, our favorite way to showcase them. We’ll have savory galettes for you too this week, and more peach cake because it’s summer. We are also bringing back our sesame meringues, our take on the pavlova, filled with sesame pastry cream and stone fruit.
