Galette Des Rois!

We are bringing back our galette des rois this week, made with our buckwheat laminated puff pastry filled with almond frangipane, poached prunes and candied orange peel. Get the slice with the candied peel and wear the crown! A sign of good luck and a fun way to festively mark the new year. We also have coconut cake this week as well, a real battle for cake champion.
