We are approaching the end of summer but it’s also a time when we have a bounty of delicious summer fruit meeting the beginning of fall fruit like Gravenstein apples and figs, so we’re going to find a way to embrace it all this weekend. We’re bringing back peach melba cake which has late summer peaches and fresh raspberries layered with vanilla bean pastry cream and whipped cream, a light delicious cake.
