Come join me on February 19th from 12-3 for cake in the beautiful back garden at Blackbird Bookstore in the Outer Sunset. I’ll be in the shed slicing a special cake for you, and the cafe up front has coffee and tea so you can find a sweet spot in the backyard and catch up with a friend. I’ll be there from 12-3 with slices of almond chiffon cake layered with Yunnan tea pastry cream, candied kumquats and topped with whipped cream frosting.
I’ll have a few whole cakes available for pre-order on the shop site to pick -up that day as well starting the week of 2/6.
