This is a fancy cake to gather loved ones around and celebrate a new year. Bon Voyage 2021!

Almond chiffon cake layered with seville marmalade, brandy pastry cream, almond meringue and topped with a dark chocolate glaze.

This special cake comes with a Happy New Year flag for the cake and one sparkler. We’ll also be open with coffee and some fancy treats to start your New Year’s right!
