Flavor King Pluots are here!
This might be my favorite galette. Sure there’s apricot and rhubarb too, truly also the tops, but it’s August and time for pluots. Flavor Kings are worth the wait from Kashiwase, and are so deeply delicious that they turn into candy when baked. Nothing else to get in the way here just flaky buckwheat crust and a bit of sugar. This Monday at The Kebabery with all the other goodies to pick-up from 5-6pm.
