These Santa Rosa plums are so spectacular. I often make this tart in winter with poached prunes, which I love, but I think it’s going to be a little extra special with these plums. I love a fruit that kind of hits you right in the forehead with flavor. This is a shortbread tart with plum jam in the middle and a little side of brandy whipped cream to make you feel a little fancy. Order your slice at The Kebabery along with all sorts of summer goodies on the menu like my favorite corn, and actually I think a Tyler cocktail would be just perfect with this. Or really with most things.
