Rhubarb + gingercats

It’s a cozy rainy day menu for Monday with chicken+vegetable soup, king trumpet mushroom parcels, gingery greens, and garbanzos for dinner and I’ll have rhubarb crumb cookies (like little pies!) and spicy gingercats for dessert.
