Fig+ Tea Cream Éclairs

It’s our final Dine for Democracy night at The Kebabery before the terrifying election so come join us for dinner and fig éclairs and make sure everyone you know is registered and prepared to vote! These éclairs are going to have a layer of black tea pastry cream and a thin layer of whipped cream to evoke that milk tea flavor with the best of the seasonal figs from Kaki Farms snuggled on top.
