APRICOT CAKE!

Somehow I’ve never made an apricot cake for cake club so this is a first and I’m pretty excited. Find a friend and a warm place to sit outside and slice up this cake:

almond chiffon cake layered with apricot jam, noyau pastry cream, crushed almond praline, and topped with burnt honey buttercream

I'll be in the corner at the Kebabery on June 16th from 5-9.  I'll also be selling slices of this cake that night as part of a joint Fight the Patriarchy Father's Day fundraiser with Kitazawa Seeds and the Kebabery. I'll be donating 25% of cake slice sales that night to ARC-Access Reproductive Care Southeast, and your dinner at the Kebabery will too.

Cake club cakes are 6" and $35. I can take cash, Venmo, Paypal, or card upon pick-up.

Email me (mkgoldbakery at gmail) by June 12th to reserve your whole cake for pick-up.
