Special Edition Valentine's Cookie Boxes

Dear Valentine,

I have a special cookie box for you to pick up on Valentine's Day next Tuesday at the Eureka Coffee truck. Jess will have your box all ready and you should also grab some of her delicious coffee while you're there, cause she's the best. I will have cookies there ready to pick up between 11-3 . MILK CHOCOLATE BUTTER COOKIES WITH MILK JAM: delicate chocolate cookies sandwiched with homemade milk jam, sort of like caramel but better.

TOASTED ALMOND ORANGE+ FENNEL HEARTS: light buttery cookies with bright citrus and a hint of fennel.

SMOKY SEA SALT+CHOCOLATE BLOOD ORANGE COOKIES: dark smoky chocolate cookies with bright blood orange cream in the middle and drizzled in bittersweet chocolate.
