buckwheat chiffon cake/pluots/honey whip cream
Summer has been up to it's usual magic and the pluots are just so good that I had to frame a special cake around them. This month I'll be at Bartavelle on Sunday August 28th from 2-4 pm with slices of layered light buckwheat chiffon cake and sweet tart pluots all topped with honey whip cream.
